What types of dog food can be used?

Twist’n’Serve can be used with a variety of dog foods. For best results use dog food loaf or loaf style dog food from a can. 

Although not designed for dog mince it can be used if the mince is of a firm nature.

Do not use Wet dog food, gravy style dog food or dried dog food in Twist’n’Serve. The product is not designed to be used with these types of dog food and may not function properly, leading to a mess.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of your order being placed.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, as long as the order has not been shipped out. 

If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered.
Please refer to our returns & refunds policy for more information on how to initiate the returns process.

What types of Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express, Bpay and AfterPay .

What are your shipping options?

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit. Please contact us at support@Twistnserve.com

Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centres in Australia. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

I am missing items from my order
Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.
We fully guarantee and ensure that your package will arrive; if you find that your package has NOT arrived as per the timeline outlined on our Shipping FAQ page, please contact us at support@Twistnserve.com and we’ll get you sorted!
